    Thank you for your informative article on an important and often neglected topic.  I myself had back pain temporarily following pregnancy and have slight curvature of the spine.  I have been having neck pain for more than a year now despite going to an osteopath, which temporarily relieved it, but now it is back again.  Does this brace help with neck pain too that is related to the back?

      Slight curvature of spine during pregnancy is normal as the spine is curving to help the hip carry the weight that is coming to it but as you are talking about the pain on the back neck, that pain might have come from the bad posture you maintained during pregnancy. Using clavicle and neck support with pain reliever like Ibuprofen and then constant neck and general body exercise may keep you up to fit again. Though it may take a long time to correct as it has stayed up to a year but if it continues and not improving please consult your doctor.

    This post is definitely sent from heaven. My daughter and I suffer from back pain.  As women, some of us have bigger size breasts in this can cause mayor issues and a women’s back. I did had surgery back when I was younger and my daughter is going down the same road now.  It’s good to know that there are things you can use to help you correct your posture and help with the pain.     This post really struck a chord with me because I have just been diagnosed with the onset of osteoporosis.. Posture is something I have to be very careful about and it is also a warning to younger women to look after their posture.. It is much more difficult to correct once you have formed a bad habit of poor posture.  Exercise and correct posture are both very important as you age and its best to start young. 

    Thank you for alerting me to the issue and I will be looking into which would be best for me. I had no idea there were so many different back braces to choose from till I saw your list..

    This was a great post. As soon as I started reading it, I had to adjust my body posture infront of my laptop. The clavicle brace, judging from the Video looks easy to wear, but you would need a hand to help you do that. The best solution would really be to pay attention to your body posture at every second of the day, to avoid resorting to secondary measures like these braces.

    I really feel guilty because I’m one of such people that have completely ignored body posture ever since I started working on my online business. Thanks for this reminder.

But in a situation where you are a reader or a writer you may need some support like that clavicle or waist support to assist you.     Posture is definitely something when in proper alignment demands respect and with bad posture can do the opposite.

    When reading this article I definitely sat up a bit straighter.

    Can poor posture get to a point where it cannot be corrected?

      In Uk alone statistic shows that more than 2.5 million people are affected by back pain on daily bases as reported by the guardian News;  resulting in many people missing out on daily office work causing government to loos large amount of revenue due to call off  sick from the employees and we need these supports  like clavicle support while standing and ergonomic office chairs while sitting for long hour work to help us maintain good posture and so improve our economy.

    I believe this would be an ideal device for proper posture. Especially someone who has to sit at a certain spot for long hours. Is there anything for men that helps their posture? If sitting a long time at a computer, is there a brace or support for that in the men line? I believe it could be very beneficial. Have you used this product yourself or know of someone that has?

      This product is absolutely for men and women as you can make your own choice when buying it, but I have to give my audience what they need. Sitting down for a long time can set your back on fire and posture support is definitely what you use to keep your back straight and stop it from hurting.     1. The main picture before the article is blurred and is not very pleasant to the eyes. Its just my point of view.
